LAKE PLACID, FL: Robert Kincheloe, 68 formerly of Mount Vernon, Indiana passed away Saturday, September 15, 2001 of Cancer.

He was a graduate of Wadesville High School in 1951 where he excelled in basketball and golf. He was a member of the Elks and Eagles, and the 20 man club.

He worked for GE retiring in 1990. He was also a Championship golfer at Western Hills Country Club.

Surviving are his Brother Russell Kincheloe of Evansville, Indiana; Sisters Delores Babillis, Geraldine Becker both of Mt. Vernon, Indiana; Lucielle Saunders of Lake Placid, NY; Son Steven Kincheloe of Mt. Vernon, Indiana; Daughters Sherri Lueder of Mt. Vernon, Indiana; and Debbie Fink of Evansville, Indiana; and Step-daughters Stephanie Crumbacher and Angie Williams both of New Harmony, Indiana. And his wife Betty Feldbusch Kincheloe for whom he was married 23 years.

Services will be at Schneiders Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, Indiana with Interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Robert Kincheloe, 68, of Lake Placid, FL, formerly of Mount Vernon, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2001, in Lake Placid of cancer. He retired from General Electric in 1990, was a 1951 graduate of Wadesville High School, where he excelled in basketball and golf, and he was a member of the 20-Man Club, Elks and Eagles. He was a championship golfer at the Western Hills Country Club. Surviving are his wife of 23 years, Betty (Feldbuch); two daughters, Debbie Fink of Evansville and Sherri Lueder of Mount Vernon; two stepdaughters, Stephanie Crumbacher and Angie Williams, both of New Harmony; a son, Steve of Mount Vernon; three sisters, Lucille Saunders of Lake Placid and Geraldine Becker and Delores Babillis, both of Mount Vernon; a brother, Russell of Evansville; six grandchildren, Tim Ivey, Jamey Gross, Mark and Andy Lueder and Adam and Taylor Kincheloe; and two step-grandchildren, Nicholas Crumbacher and Eric Williams. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Zion General Baptist Church, with burial pending. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Schneider Funeral Home Norvell Chapel and from 9 a.m. to service time at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice in Lake Placid.
