Orville preceded Juanita in death on Oct. 15, 1971, in Peoria. Also preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Donald Smith; one great-granddaughter, Aecho Holmes; one sister, Opal Hegger; and one son-in-law, Walter Marfell.
Surviving are one daughter, Deborah Smith Marfell; one son, Terry (Sally) Smith; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Juanita worked at Commercial National Bank for 13 years, retiring in 1984.
