- Mildred Christine Bower Blanton Byson, a homemaker, died Thursday at her Arlington home. She was 84.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
Mrs Byson was born in Blooming Grove and had lived in Arlington since 1939.
She was a member of Grace Temple Baptist Church in Arlington.
Survivors: Four sons, Bill Blanton and Carl Blanton of Arlington, Bob Blanton of Colleyville, and Al Blanton of Ft Worth; six daughters, Dorothy Boston of Ft Worth, Lynell Hudson of Rusk, Joyce Keese, Delores Moore and Norma Main all of Arlington, and Sandra Sennett of Euless; stepson, Thomas Blanton of Midlothian; sister Floy Mae Hand of Ft Worth; 42 grandchildren and 55 great grandchildren.
