SERVICES FOR LURA JAMES ARE HELD
Funeral services for Lura G. James, 90, were held at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 28 at the Fielding Funeral Home with the Rev. Myron J. Malone conducting. Burial was in the Chariton Cemetery.
Miss James was a native of Chariton and was a longtime resident of Omaha, Neb. She died at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines where she had been a patient for one day.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews including Harriet Warwick of Earlham.
