Mrs. Margaret Lacy who died at 12:40 o' clock Monday afternoon was 84 years old and had been In failing health for several years. On Sunday morning she had a severe attack from which she did not rally. Mrs. Lacy was born In County Waterford. Ireland, and came to this country in 1863. Mr. Lacy died 26 years ago. Thirteen children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Lacy, nine of whom are living. She was a member of St. Mary's church I was of the Altar and Rosary Society.

Surviving Mrs. Lacy are four sons, Patrick with whom she lived, John of Pavillon and Maurice and Richard of Wyoming; . five daughters. Mrs. Dan Connor of Pavilion, Mrs. Nellie Peck and Mrs. Edward Boyle of Batavia, Mrs. Stillman Davis of Holland, Erie county, and Mrs. Frank Fisher of Mumford; a brother, Patrick Foley, and a sister, Miss Anastasia Foley, both of Pearl Creek. She also leaves 22 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Site had lived on the farm in Bethany where she died for more than fifty years. The funeral was held at St. Marys church on last Thursday morning at 9 o'clock with Rev. J. C. Dobbins of Depew officiating. Burial was in St. Mary's cemetery.
