Mrs. Magdalena Schneider, 74, widow of Daniel Schneider, died yesterday afternoon of pneumonia at her home, 1213 Butternut Street. Born in Syracuse, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Warner, she had resided in this city all her life. She was a member of --- --- D. O. H. Surviving are two sons, Daniel G. and Leonard J. Schneider; four daughters, Mrs. Jacob Simon, Mrs. Henry J. Miller and Mrs. Mabel Reed, all of Syracuse, and Mrs. Gertrude Goettel of Rochester; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private funeral services will be conducted at the home Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock by the Rev. W. L. Scherping, pastor of the Mount Tabor Church. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
