ERNESTINE FINLEY
Ernest Finely, 76, Harmony, died at 11:43 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 1994, at Clay County Hospital in Brazil of an apparent heart attack.
Born March 1, 1918 in Carbon, she was the daughter of Ernest and Lillie McQueen Bridgewater. One June 29, 1952, she married Wayne R. Finley, who survives. She began working as a clerk at Woolworth's in Brazil and for ten years prior to her marriage was head of the proof room at the Donnelley plant in Crawfordsville. A graduate of Brazil High School, she was a member of Brazil First Christian Church and American Association of Retired Persons.
Other survivors include a daughter, Karen Ruble of Bedford; a sister, Vera Orman of Bedford; a brother, Arnold Bridgewater of Terre Haute; and two grandchildren.
Services were conducted today (Wednesday) at Miller Memorial Chapel in Brazil with Rev. Myron James officiating. Burial was in Clearwater Cemetery.
