Miss Marie Fallon died at the home of her brother-in-law John Coan on Wednesday after a short illness.
She came to America from Ireland with her family in 1867 at the age of 18 years and was 78 years old at death.
Of a large family of brothers and sisters only one brother Mark survives her.
Funeral services were held Friday morning at St. John's Church at Rochester and burial was at St. John's cemetery, Rochester.
John Coan of Pierre, S.D., Garrett Coan of Chicago and Harry Coan of Waseca came for the funeral of their aunt Marie Fallon. .
