Dan Dan was born to HuiDong Wang and YuCheng Li in Huhhot, Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China; on June 22, 1969. Dan Dan received a BS in English from Inner Mongolia University of Technology in 1992.She received her Masters degree in Communications from West Texas A&M University in Canyon Texas in 1996 and received her second Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Texas – Dallas in 1998. Dan Dan married Phillip Williams in 2006 they lived in Plano Texas before relocating to Austin Texas in 2011. Dan Dan received her United States Citizenship in 2010.
Dan Dan was a programmer at Hewlett Packard (HP) formally Electronic Data Systems (EDS) for 14 years working on the Department of Veterans Affairs account.
Dan Dan is survived by her husband and two children, Annie Liu (daughter from Dan Dan's previous marriage to Jie Liu) and son, Peter Williams. She is also survived by her parents and her two brothers; Tian Ying Wang of Tian Jin, People's Republic of China and Qun Wang of Huhhot, Inner Mongolia, People's Republic of China.
Family Visitation will be held at 6 pm to 8 pm Friday at Ted Dickey West Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Saturday at the Ted Dickey West Funeral Home with interment following at Sparkman Hillcrest Cemetery.
