Milton Junior "Jay" Cotterell, 85, of Provo, Utah, passed away Friday, Dec. 9, 2011, at the Courtyard at the Jamestown Enhanced Care and Assisted Living Facility in Provo.
The family would like to give special thanks to Hawker Funeral Home and to the staff at the Courtyard at Jamestown Enhanced Care and Assisted Living facility in Provo for their tender care and kindness to their father.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at the Hawker Funeral Home, 132 S. Shilling Ave. in Blackfoot.
Interment will be in Groveland Cemetery with military honors presented by the Stewart Hoover Post No. 23.
