Shirley DePriest Baldwin, 66, Retired from Furniture World in Oxford, MS, died Friday, December 16, 2011 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Hope officiating.
Burial will follow in Abbeville Cemetery.
Visitation will be prior to the Service from 12:30 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home.

Mrs. Baldwin was the former Town Clerk of Abbeville, MS; and was a Member of First Baptist Church of Abbeville.
Also, she was a Member of the Darrell DePriest Lafayette County DAV.

Mrs. Baldwin was preceded in death by her Father, Hillard E. DePriest; one Brother, Darrell DePriest; and a Son In Law, Stewart Windham.

Survivors include her Mother, Arlie Mae Irwin DePriest of Abbeville, MS; three Daughters, Evelyn Windham and Teresa Baldwin of Southaven, MS; and Karen Walters and Husband, Jimmie of Abbeville, MS; one Sister, Linda Kisner of Abbeville, MS; two Brothers, Danny DePriest and Keith DePriest both of Abbeville, MS; and four Grandchildren, Zachary Walters of Oxford, MS; Blayze Windham of Tupelo, MS; Chase Windham of Tupelo, MS; and Christian Walters of Abbeville, MS.

Memorial Contributions in Ms. Baldwin's Memory may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Inc., 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
