BEDFORD - Ann (Ans) Kersbergen, 90, died Dec. 15, 2011.

She passed away peacefully to be with Jasper, her husband of 63 years; her son, Robert Jan Daniel Kersbergen; and with all of her 10 brothers and sisters who predeceased her. Born on Dec. 6, 1921, in the Netherlands, "Oma" had recently turned "just 90" and had celebrated her birthday in style with her children, grandchildren and her special great-grandchild, Sydney.

Born in the Netherlands, where she met and married Jasper, the two of them came to the United States after World War II and became U.S. citizens in the 1950s, living in Jersey City and later Ridgewood, N.J., where they remained until 2009. Most recently, when Ann moved to Bedford, she lived at Bentley Commons and became a member of the Bedford Presbyterian Church.

Ann is survived by two children; her daughter Charlotte Bridges-Brenlove of Hooksett and her partner Rick Cannata of Chester, and her son Rick Kersbergen and his wife Linda of Burnham, Maine. "Oma" loved her many grandchildren, including Jennifer Bridges DuRei and her husband Ted, Ryan Kersbergen, Erika Bridges Santucci and her husband Jimmy, Bayley Kersbergen, Mackenzie Kersbergen, Calvin Kersbergen, Gary Kersbergen and Quincy Kersbergen. Oma had recently been blessed and was loved dearly by her great-granddaughter, Sydney Santucci.

.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held at the Bedford Presbyterian Church on Friday, Jan. 6, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrance gifts may be given in her name to The Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack 03045.
