Frederic Blackmoor influenza victim
Frederic Blackmoor, 34, government freight agent of the Shipping Navigation company for the barge canal, died suddenly Sunday night at his home, No. 234 King street. Death was due to influenza and chronic heart trouble. Mr. Blackmoor was a member of Syracuse lodge, No. 501 F and A.M. Central City chapter, No. 70 F.A.M., Central City commandery, No. 25, K.T. and of the Electricians union, No. 13.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Lena K. Blackmoor; his mother, Harrie F. Key, and a brother, Howard Blackmoor, of Guilderland. The funeral will be held at the undertaking rooms of William A. Fancher, No. 112 Seymour street, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Masonic services will be conducted by Syracuse lodge No. 501 F and A.M. Burial will be made in Oakwood cemetery.
