Frank Leslie Hagerman was the son of Joseph Lyon Hagerman and Mary Hafer.

He married Angeline "Anna" Samantha Avery abt 1880.

The Lake Park News (Iowa), 11 Apr 1935, Pg 2:

"Short funeral services were held for Frank Hagerman, 78, of Brewster, Minn., at the house of his son George, living northwest of Harris, Friday afternoon and from the Presbyterian church at Brewster with Rev. Cony of Brewster in charge, and Rev. Ralston of Harris assisting at the house. Burial was made in Brewster.

Mr. Hagerman died suddenly at the Geo. Hagerman home from a heart attack April 2. He had been a resident of Brewster for the past 49 years. Surviving are his widow; three daughters, Mrs. Mae Montgomery of Minneapolis, Mrs. Ida Watson of Belle Plaine, Mrs. Grace Darling of Modesto, Calif., and two sons, Jos of Arlington, Minn., and George of Harris, and 8 grandchildren.

Those from a distance who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Alex Montgomery and Alfred of Minneapolis, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Watson, Dorothy, Gordon, and Donald of Belle Plaine, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Joe Haferman, Bonnie and Bobby, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hoffmeister of Arlington, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nyhlom and Jeanette of Le Seur, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. E.H. Ohme of Chushing, Mr. and Mrs. C.S. Norland, A.J. Norland and Mrs. Julia Norland of Gaza, Mrs. Roy Gardner and son, Mrs. Cal Clark of La Porte City, Iowa, Mrs. Harry Wahlberg of Moville, Iowa, Mr. and Mrs. L. Fischer of Sibley and many relatives and friends from Brewster and Worthington."
