He was born on August 31, 1969 in Alexandria to Charles Perkins and Cynthia Ann Doyle Perkins. He was a retiree from the Bureau of Prisons, a 1987 graduate from Oakdale High School and a member of the United States Marine Corps. He also was a loving husband, son, father, brother, and friend.
His father precedes him in death.
He leaves behind his loving family to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 22 years, Wanda Perkins of Oakdale; two sons, Christopher Perkins and Anthony Perkins both of Oakdale; his mother, Cynthia "Ann" Doyle Perkins of Oakdale; one brother, Charles "Derek" Perkins of Oakdale; one sister, Christol Perkins Halvorson of Oakdale; one niece, Madison Halvorson; and two nephews, Colyn and Jayce Halvorson. He was loved by a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
