Charles Foose, whose death was announced in the Express yesterday died at 3:20 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the home of his daughter Mrs. John Unangst, 803 Wilkes Barre St. from a complication of ailments. Mr. Foose was a well known resident of the South Side and for many years was employed at the Lehigh Valley shops. He was a member of Bethany United Evangelical Church.
