Pioneer Butler Countian Dies At His Home Sunday
Isaiah Stewart, 79 years old, died late Sunday night at his home southeast of Bodarc. He was a resident of Butler County for 48 years.
Mr. Stewart was a charter member of the Church of Christ of the Bodarc community, and was a Senior Elder at the Christian Chapel at the time of his death.
Besides his wife, Mrs. Martha Stewart, he is survived by one daughter and five grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. William Lee, Imperial, Neb., and Mrs. Jane Pugh, Moody, Mo.
Funeral services will be at the Christian Chapel tomorrow morning at 10:30. Burial will be in Cumberland cemetery. Dunsford mortuary is in charge
