The 1900 census lists their children as: Marietta (Etta Sophia), born 1877; Henry A, born 1879; Beatrice born 1884; Edward A. born 1885. It also notes that 7 of 10 children are living. Other children were: Robert Bruce, Charles Augustus, Alice Hortense (died), Warren Everette (died), Catherine Elizabeth,and Daisy Marion.


Funeral home notes that she died of cancer of the stomach, but other sources claim that it was breast cancer.
