Was a Court Reporter for Okmulgee County. Was murdered in his own kitchen after returning home from work. The murderer was waiting for him and shot him in the back of the head as he entered the kitchen. Murderer was seen leaving the house and getting into his car BUT still he was aquitted of the murder even with eye witness testimony. I had met Ray a few weeks before his murder. He was a well liked person.
