Services for Mrs Menor Minnie Stone, 70, who died Sunday, in a local convalescent home, will be at 10 am Tuesday at Guardian Funeral church. Mrs Stone has been a city resident since 1905. She was active in Red Cross work, Republican women's clubs, and chamber of commerce activities. The wife of the only Republican ever elected to the US Congress from the 5th District, she was a member of Epworth Methodist Church.

Daughter: Helen Butler Stone (1904-1973) married William Harvey Cobb (1899-1968). Helen is buried in Resthaven Memorial Park, Ponca City OK. William is buried in IOOF Cemetery, Norman OK.
