Retired employe Union Pacific Railroad. Former employe Globe Mills, Farmers Grain Coop., Sperry Mills, Ogden Iron Works. Survivors: widow; sons, Francis Roy, Sigurd, Sevier County; Clyde Lee, Marvin Jay, both Ogden; 8 grandchildren; brothers, sisters, Frank, Huntington Beach, Calif.; Wilford, La Habra, Calif.; Mrs. Alice Mae Waites, Salmon, Idaho; Mrs. Grace Rackham, Ogden.
