Mary Langley Brandon died in Gwinnett County, Georgia in 1853. Her estate was probated in July 1828 as William gave his power of attorney to Mary's brother, Moses Langley. See Cassville Wills and Court Cases.

NOT sure this sentence from Mary's Bio makes sense: " ... died in Gwinnett County, Georgia in 1853. Her estate was probated in July 1828..." [this would be 27 years prior to her death!] In my opinion, all dates need to be verified.

Mary married William Brandon on 12 Jan 1796 in Caldwell Co., NC. She was the daughter of Thomas Langley and Mary Wiley.

They had the following children:

1. Eunice Green Brandon was born on 2 Feb 1797 and died on 2 Jan 1856.
2. Francis Lawson Brandon was born on 2 Feb 1801 and died on 24 Aug 1884.
3. Thomas Wiley Brandon was born on 16 May 1802 and died on 11 Jun 1874.
4. Parthenia Carter Brandon was born on 27 Jul 1805 and died on 13 May 1845.
5. William Robert Brandon was born on 10 Aug 1809 and died on 21 Feb 1875.
6. Leroy Jackson Brandon was born on 18 Nov 1813 and died in 1863.
7. Moses Alexander Brandon was born on 10 Nov 1815 and died in 1866.
8. Joseph Parnell Brandon was born on 12 Jul 1818 and died on 25 Jul 1884.
9. Azariah Roberts Brandon was born in 1818 in Lawrenceville, Ga Gwinnett Co. She died in 1822 in Lawrenceville, Ga Gwinnett Co and was buried in 1822 in Brandon Clower Cemetery Gwinnett Co, Ga.
10. Dr David Smith Brandon was born on 11 May 1821 and died on 11 Mar 1878.
The cemetery was the very back of their farm land.
