Mr. William Blair "Bill" Miles, 66, of Bardstown, died Thursday [December 4, 2003] at Jewish Hospital. He was a native of Marion Co., KY, and a production manager in the Golf Department of Hillerich & Bradsby for the past 44 years. He served in the US Navy and was a member of St. Joseph Proto Cathedral Catholic Church of Bardstown. He was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick & Nora Blair Miles and a brother, Patrick Ellis Miles. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mrs. Judy Pohlman Miles of Bardstown; five daughters, Lynn Bauscher, Leah Rogers and Leslie Green, all of Bardstown, Lori Rhule of Versailles, KY, and Lisa Miles of Mt. Washington; five sisters, Dorothy McCauley, Barbara Garrett and Clara Coke, all of Louisville, Libby Dyne of Jeffersontown and Lenora Baurle of McDaniels, KY; 11 grandchildren; and very close friends, Clyde & Cleo Broughton of Bardstown. Funeral services for Mr. Bill Miles will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 9, 2003, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday, December 8, 2003, at Greenwell-Houghlin Northside Funeral Home, Bardstown.
