Bobby Pherigo, Jr., 51, of Beardstown died Sunday, January 15, 2012, at his residence. He was born January 14, 1961 in Beardstown, the son of Robert M. and Sally Jo Pate Pherigo. He married Norma Jean Roth on July 31, 2002 at Black Oak Church in Beardstown.
Surviving is his wife Norma Pherigo of Beardstown; his father Robert (wife Winnie) Pherigo Sr. of Beardstown; his daughter Kristin (husband Ted) Sumners of Lacey, WA; three grandchildren Haley, Braydon, and Emmalyn Sumners; his brother Randy (wife Sheila) Pherigo of Beardstown; two nephews Randy (wife Abby) Pherigo Jr. of Quincy and Adam Pherigo of Beardstown; and two nieces Cami Jo Pherigo of Virginia and Chloe Pherigo of Beardstown. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Bobby was currently employed with the City of Beardstown for over ten years. He loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, "mushrooming", and being on the Illinois River. He treasured time spent with his family and his many friends.
Services were entrusted to Sager Funeral Home of Beardstown, Illinois.
