Leah (Yoder) Sharp was the eldest daughter of Jonathan Yoder and Magdalena Wagner. She married John Sharp in Pennsylvania about 1840. Four of their children were born in Mifflin Co., PA. The remaining two were born in Congerville, Woodford Co., IL, after the family moved to Illinois in 1850.
