Funeral services were held at the Vander Ploeg Funeral Chapel here Tuesday, February 3, for Tunis (Lutz) Deiters, 66, who passed away at the Mapes Nursing Home in Hawarden Sunday.
Burial was made in the Sioux Center Community cemetery.
He is survived by five children: Norman, Muriel, Roger, Michael and Sandra and several grandchildren, also the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Ben Poll and Mrs. R. W. Rozeboom of Sioux Center, Mrs. Edward Fischer and Mrs. Henry Addink of Muskegon, Mich., Mrs. Walter Hughes and Harold Deiters of Des Moines.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents; two brothers and one sister.
