She was born March 20, 1912, in Breathitt County, Kentucky, to Willie and Rebecca (Camel) Prater.
She married Kelly Clemons in 1942, and he preceded her in death approximately 28 years ago.
Mrs. Clemons was a homemaker and was a member of the Church of Deliverance in Homer.
She enjoyed keeping her home, gardening and walking.
Survivors include a sister, Rosie Pugh of Knox, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Dulcline Clemons, Laura Richie, Elizabeth Bailey and Elvira Fugate; and three brothers, Edward, Jerry and Stuart Prater.
Funeral services were held Friday at J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home in Albion, with the Rev. Jr. Saylor officiating.
Interment followed at St. Joe Cemetery.
