Agnes BanksA religious service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Morning Star Baptist Church in Raceland for Agnes Nobles Banks, 88, a native and resident of Raceland, who died March 3, 2001.
Visitation will be from 6-10 p.m. today at Boissiere-Labat Funeral Home, 3825 Washington Ave. in New Orleans.Burial will be at the church cemetery.
She was the wife of Joseph Mack Banks; and mother of Earl Arceneaux Sr., Alice ArceneauxArmstrong and Ola Mae Banks Turner. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great-grandchildren.
She was an usher at Morning Star Baptist Church.She was a homemaker.
