VERONA — Mr. V. J. "Bud" Mclntosh,
age 65, of 704 Mark Drive, died on
Tuesday, July 19, 1988, at a Madison
hospital after a long Illness. He was born
on September 12, 1922, In Dodgeville,
Wisconsin, the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Harry Mclntosh of Dodgeville. He
worked at the Carnes Corporation of
Verona before his retirement In
November of 1985. He is survived by his
wife, Marie Buttchen of Verona; a son,
James of Dodgeville; three daughters,
Sandra (Bruce) Lappen of Oregon,
Penny (Butch) Warded of Madison, and
Charlotte (Bill) Nuendorf of Dodgeville;
six stepsons, Roger (Terrl), Steve (Sue),
Mark, and Scott (Sarah) Buttchen, all of
Verona, and Jeff (Heidi) and Brian
(Lori) Buttchen, all of Mount Horeb;
four stepdaughters, Pattie Schultz of
Verona, Julie (Bill) Hady of
Menomonee, Brenda (Wesley) Elsing of
Belleville, and Angle Buttchen of
Madison; 28 grandchildren; a greatgranddaughter;
two brothers, Milo Mclntosh of Lone Rock,
and Kenneth Mclntosh of Dodgeville; three sisters, Ruth (Victor) Moore of Lancaster, Edith (Dean) Mahoney of Madison, and Joyce Brandes of Boscobel; and many nieces
and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn. Funeral services will be held at the JOYCE—VERONA
FUNERAL HOME, 118 N. Franklin St., at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 22, with the Reverend Jay N. Forrest officiating.
Burial will be In Sunset Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 21, at the funeral home.
