Funeral services for John Clarence hendren 43, of Rt. 1, Harrah, will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Sourwine-Merritt Chapel in Wapato. Burial will be in the Reservation Community memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Bud Hendren, James Barry, Arthur Moreford Jr., Theodore Sission, Ike Young and George Henry.
Mr. Hendren died Friday night at St. Elizabeth hospital of injuries received when the car in which he was a passenger plunged into a ditch Friday morning on the Ford Road between White Swan and Brownstown when the driver attempted to avoid striking a horse on the roadway. Hendren was thrown from the car.
