Mrs. Anna Everts, Aged Resident, Is Laid To Rest.
Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Everts, age 85, were held at the Behm Funeral Home, Sunday at 2:30 o'clock with the Rev. H.S. Chase, pastor of the Methodist Church, officiating.
The Girls' Trio sang two selections, "In The Garden" and "Abide With Me." Pallbearers were Merrill Robinson, Lloyd Robinson, Walter Gunn, Wilbert Seevers, Ralph Stimpert and Clarence Quirk. Burial was in the family lot in Fairview Cemetery, Madison.
Mrs. Everts passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Minnie Wood, Lake St., at 4 a.m. Friday, July 14, where she had been seriously ill or two weeks. She was born in Thompson, O., April 26, 1854. Except for a time when she resided in Iowa, Mrs. Everts had spent her entire life in this vicinity. Her husband, Horace, preceded her in death. She was a member of the Women's Relief Corps and of the Methodist Church.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Wood and Mrs. Jessie King of Madison; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; two brothers, Orlow Leonard of Los Angeles, Calif., and Fred Leonard of Painesville, O.
Among out-of-town relatives at the services were; Mr. Ernest Seevers and family of Cuyahoga Falls, O.; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Stinemiller of Cleveland; Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Quirk and family, Mrs. Lida Leonard, Mrs. Minnie Molda and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Keyse of Painesville; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bailey of Kingsville; Mike Casterillia of Conneaut; Miss Beatrice and Merrill Robinson of Niagara Falls, N.Y., and Lloyd Robinson of Hilton, N.Y.
