SETH KALAGIAN

SETH KALAGIAN, 79 - of Vineland, peacefully went to sleep for his final rest on Sunday November 13, 2005 in the SJH Reg. Med. Ctr., Vineland.

Seth was born & raised in Erie, PA & was an Erie High School graduate.

After high school he began his naval military career serving during W.W. II, Korea & the Cuban Missile Crisis before retiring with the rank of Chief Petty Officer with 22 years of service.

Seth was a member of the Vineland Masonic Lodge #69 F.& A.M. where he served as Past Master in 1994. He was also a dual member of the Unity Lodge #96 F.& A.M., Mays Landing. Seth was a past president of the Cumberland County Shriner's Club, Member of the S.J. Golf Assoc. & Buena Vista Country Club, Treasurer of the Vineland Republican Club, St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church, Vineland & was a past board member of the Hamilton Twp Board of Education.

He is survived by his cherished wife of 24 years, Isabell (Baxter) Kalagian, two daughters: Kimberle Kalagian, Egg Harbor Township, Carolyn & husband Michael Redman, Hamden, CT, two step sons: William Baxter, Charlotte, NC, David & wife Sharon (Dauito) Baxter, Vineland; step daughter: Karen & husband Bill Riley, Carey, NC; one sister: Mary Walczak & family of Erie, PA; six grandchildren: Nicholas & Jamie Redmond, Matthew Baxter, Meghan, Shayna & Colin Riley.

His funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10 AM on Thursday in the St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church, 23 W. Chestnut Ave., Vineland. Relatives & friends will be received on Wednesday evening from 6:00-9:00 PM & again on Thursday from 8:30-9:45 AM at the Church.

A Masonic funeral service will be conducted at 7:30 PM on Wednesday evening.

Burial with Naval Honors will be held in the Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery, Hopewell Township.
