MUNCIE--Esther M. Daniel, 92, died early Wednesday at Willow Bend Living Center.
Miss Daniel was born in Pickett County, Tenn., the daughter of William H. and Helen Carolyn Clark Daniel. She attended schools in Pickett County. She moved to the Muncie area in 1942 and worked at Ball Brothers and later at Durham Manufacturing for 26 years before her retirement in 1969. She was a member of the Town Acres Church of Christ.
She is survived by two brothers, Lewis Daniel (wife-Mae), Muncie, and M.B. Daniel (wife-Betty), Muncie; a sister, Florence Conner (husband-Robert), McMinnville, Tenn.; adn several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Audie Logan and Dorothy Maynard; and four brothers, Floyd, Erlin, Alford and R.D. Daniel.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Parson Mortuary with Pastor Mark Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in the Elm Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Friday at Parson Morutary and a half-hour before services Saturday at the mortuary.
