Born in Russell County on May 3, 1920, she was the daughter of Nancy Moran Arthur and Oliver Arthur, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ores Maynard.
Survivors include three sons, Chester Maynard of Nancy, Earl Ray Maynard of Windsor and Ralph Maynard of Russell Springs; one daughter, Frances Robertson of Russell Springs; one sister, Velma Arthur of Nancy, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today, Oct 28 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donnie Coffey officiating.
Interment will be in Bernard Cemetery.
