Anna was married to Giacomo (James) Lusignolo at St. John the Baptist parish in Columbus by founding father Rev. Rocco Petrarca, on February 7, 1921. They made their home in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where Jim worked on the railroad. They had three children: Mario, Sylvia and Tony (died young).
After Jim's untimely death in 1930, Anna married widower Nicolai Tedeschi, who also had three children (Frank, Olivia "Lee", and Lucy).
The family later returned to Columbus, where Anna was a member of Holy Rosary Sodality, St. John the Baptist Church. In addition to her children and step-children and spouses, Anna was survived by her brother William, fifteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and other family.
