Maddison- William R. Gabor, 66, of Madison, died Saturday at Geneva Health Care Center after a year's illness. He was born Sept. 30, 1916, in Madison and was a life long resident. During World War II, Mr. Gabor served in the U. S. Army. He was employed by Diamond Shamrock Corp., retiring in 1976.
Survivors include two sisters, Esther Fidel, Unionville, and Mrs. Mary Dale, Fairview Park, and four brothers, Edward, Alton, and Ralph all of Madison, and Albert, Geneva.
Private services will be Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery. The Rev. Roger Rambaud, pastor of Park United Methodist Church, will officicate. There will be no calling hours.
