The funeral for Oscar Constantine Agee 84, 2309 14th Ave will be at 1 pm today at Southside Baptist Church, Sheffield with Tommy Bradford and Floyd Joiner officiating.
Burial will be in Colbert Memorial Gardens, Spry Funeral Home Sheffield, directing.

The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
He died Wednesday, June 3, 1987, at Keller Memorial Hospital Sheffield.

He was a Colbert County native, a self-employed contractor, and a charter member and deacon of Southside Baptist Church, where he taught the Men’s Bible class for 35 years.

Survivors include his wife Mrs. Gladys G. Agee, Sheffield, daughters Mrs. Louise Kendrick, Memphis, TN, Mrs. Martha Russell, Killen, Mrs. Doris Cassel, Muscle Shoals, Mrs. Betty Zills, Sheffield, brother Ben W. Agee, Tuscumbia, sisters, Mrs. Effie Moore, Tuscumbia, Mrs. Virginia Mellen, Moulton, 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to the Southside Baptist Church library fund.
Bearers will be the decons of Southside Baptist Church.
Honorary bearers will be the Southside Baptist Church Men’s Bible Class.
