Dale COX, 70, 476 W. 700 South, Rochester, passed away at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Indiana 114 west of Fulton. Arrangements are pending at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Fulton.

Dale Cox, May 22, 1940-Sept. 28, 2010, Dale COX, 70, 476 W. 700 South, Rochester, went to be with the Lord at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday. He was born May 22, 1940, in Akron, the son of Paul and Aletha (Clinker) Cox. On Feb. 27, 1960, at the Olive Bethel Church in Akron, he married Jenny Lee Barnes and she survives. Mr. Cox had been a farmer, worked at Wilson's Meat Packing in Logansport and at the Fulton-Marshall Co-op in Kewanna. He was a member of the Fellowship Church in Winamac and enjoyed collecting guns and toy tractors. Survivors include his wife, Jenny Lee Cox, Rochester; four sons, Michael Dale and wife Marie Cox, Greenwood, S.C., Anthony Wade and wife Astrid Cox, Germany, Matthew Gordon and wife Laurie Cox, Rochester, and Andrew Paul Cox and fiancee Tonya Bansen, Rochester; a daughter, Molly Ann and husband Timothy Latta, Moundridge, Kan.; 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two brothers and eight sisters, Milton and wife Marita Cox, Akron, Mary Etta and husband Larry Basham, Mishawaka, Helen Cox, Wabash, Floyd and wife Martha Cox, Akron, Gennavea and husband Tom Snavely, Wabash, Willodean and husband Jim Zolman, Arkansas, Pauline and husband Ron Meyer, North Manchester, Pat and husband Jim Carpenter, Akron, Jean and husband Steve Kirby, Walton, and Jane and husband Fred Zolman, Disko. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Juanita Cox and Gail Grable; and brothers William Cox, Harold Cox and Earl Cox. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Fulton, with the Rev. Joe Ciresi officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to service time Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton.
