Ewell C. King, of Elkins, was born Sept. 8, 1917 at Elkins, the son of Elmer and Allie Lawson King. He died September 29, 1975 in Fayetteville. He was a retired laborer.

At the time of his death, survivors included his mother, Mrs. Allie King; two sisters, Mrs. Foy Easley and Mrs. Fern Teague; four brothers, William King, Roy King, Truman King, and James King.

Funeral at the Mount Olive Community building with burial in the Mount Olive Cemetery under direction of the Watson Mortuary.
