Frank Klaus
Frank Klaus, 74, of 4331 26th st., alderman of the old 10th ward from 1911 to 1921, died Friday in Miami, where he had been vacationing. A native of Czecholslovakia, he had been a Chicagoan for 64 years. He also had been a professional baseball player, a real estate dealer, and an employe of the police commissioner's personnel department for nearly 15 years. He leaves his widow, Christine, and a daughter, Mrs. Adeline Becka. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 2534 S. Pulaski rd., with burial in Bohemian National cemetery.
