FREELAND MARYLAND Feb. 25 1926 Abraham krout, age 81 years, was found dead in bed at 4 a.m. today by his son, Ross W. Krout, with whom he had resided for the past several years. Death was due to a stroke of paralysis of which he had been a sufferer for many years on several occasions. Although he had been in fairly good health for some time he was under the care of a physian.
Last evening he partook of a hearty meal and upon retiring did not complain. Shortly before midnight the Krout family were awakened by his calls and went to his assistance, when he was given covers which he had in some way kicked from the bed. Day, this place; Mrs. Harry Cooper, Parkton; Miss Maud Krout, Orangeville, Md.; Miss Corrine Krout, Bentley Springs. There are also 46 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
