COLORADO CITY ~~ Mrs. John Arnett of Fort Worth, member of pioneer Colorado City ranching family died in a Fort Worth hospital following a long illness.
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Kiker and Son Funeral Home here. The Reverend Alan Conley, pastor of the All Saints Episcopal Church will officiate. Burial will be in Colorado City Cemetery.
Both Mrs. Arnett and her husband, who died in Colorado City in 1939, were members of pioneer families. Mrs. Arnett was the former Ann Beal, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Beal and Mr. Arnett was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. D. N. Arnett.
Mrs. Arnett is survived by a sister, Mrs. D. H. Arnett of Fort Worth.
