LOUIS GRIESHAMMER Age 95 passed away peacefully on Friday February 17, 2012 at Pacifica Assisted Living. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marcia.

Louis was born on February 13, 1917 in Easton, Pennsylvania. He was one of seven sons born to Otto and Rosa Grieshammer, all who preceded him in death.

He came to Riverside in 1937 as a member of the Army Air Corps and continued to live in the Riverside/Corona area for the rest of his life. He had several careers during his lifetime. He was part owner in Courtesy Market in Corona in the late 40's, subsequently he was a draftsman at Rohr aircraft and Fleetwood, and the owner of Sir Georges Smorgasbord in Whittier, Ca. He was an active member of ARC of Riverside County and Wesley Methodist Church.

He is survived by his son Steven and his daughter and son-in-law Patty and Ted McCrea.

Graveside services will be held Thursday February 23, 1912 at 11:00AM, with visitation preceding the service at 10:00 AM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to ARC of Riverside County or Wesley Methodist Church.
