BRILLIANT - Eli "Rocky" Bell, 55, of Bellaire, formerly of Brilliant and Bloomingdale, died Tuesday evening in Parsons, W. Va., while visiting there.
He was an employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp. before his retirement, and was a Protestant by faith.
He was born April 17, 1932, in Brilliant, a son of the late Clark and Wilma M. Crawford Bell. He also was preceded in death by a son, Marcus Bell, Jan. 16, 1964; and a brother, Clyde, Dec. 7, 1987.
Friends may call at the Wheeler Funeral Home 6-9 p.m. Friday; and Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. iin the funeral home; the Rev. Tim Russell; Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
