The son of Ianthius Winford and Chloe Clair McMullin Barlow, Roy was born March 12, 1913, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He married the love of his life, Ellen Taylor, August 8, 1932, in Farmington, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized March 8, 1946, in the Manti Utah LDS Temple. They enjoyed 68 years together before they were separated for a short time by Ellen's death Nov 2000. Their retired lives were dedicated to serving in the temple where Roy had the opportunity of officiating in the sealing of many of his grandchildren. The joy of his life was his family. Loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great great-grandfather, Roy Call Barlow, was welcomed home by his Heavenly Father Friday, September 5, 2003.
Family Message: "The family would like to express their appreciation for the kind services given by doctors, nurses, Horizon Home Health, and Applegate Hospice."
Survived By: His children: Elroy and Jeannine Barlow, Rich and Beverly Barlow, Paul and Maureen Barlow, Paul LaMont, Karma Wolfe, Stanford and Charmaine Barlow; and a posterity of 291 loved ones.
Preceded In Death By: His wife, Ellen; his parents; a son, Thomas Taylor; and daughter, Barbara.
