MILLERSBURG -- Geneva M. Polin, age 87, of Millersburg, passed away Saturday morning, March 3, 2012, at Sycamore Run Care Center, Millersburg.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Friday, March 9, 2012, at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg, with Pastor David Truit officiating.
There will be a private viewing for immediate family.
Arrangements are being handled by Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg.
She was born Sept. 27, 1924, in Spencer, W.Va., and was the daughter of Herbert and Nellie (Cain) Anderson. On July 31, 1943, she married Joseph B. Polin, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 28, 2005.
She worked for Seaman Corp. in Millersburg and Wooster for 50 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia (David) Wilson, of Millersburg; a daughter-in-law, Debi Polin, of Millersburg; two granddaughters, Stephanie Wilson of Fla. and Lisa Wilson of Millersburg; two great-granddaughters, Britany (Allen) Glazier of Fla. and Ashley Wilson of Millersburg; and one brother, Kenneth (June) Anderson of Millersburg.
She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Polin, four brothers, and four sisters.
