AN OLD SOLDIER DEAD.
ALEXANDER CONN Succumbs to Paralysis at the home of His Son Albert Conn, Monday.
Alexander Conn, aged 69, died at the home of his son, Albert Conn, six miles north of Goodland Monday morning. Paralysis, which had rendered Mr. Conn helpless for some time, caused his death. Mr. Conn was a veteran of the civil war and drew a pension for disabilities incurred in the service. He came to Sherman county from Cloud county, Kansas, with his son in March of this year.
The funeral took place from the home Tuesday at one o'clock. Only a burial service was said by Rev. Miller at the grave. Interment was made in Goodland cemetery.
