Ball graduated from Ballston Spa High School and the American Beauty School in Jamaica, Long Island. She owned and operated Angela's Beauty Salon in the village before retiring in 1989.
She was a member of St. Mary's Church. Her husband Frank Ball, died in 1989.
Ball is survived by two sons, William Mitchell of Ballston Spa, and James Mitchell of Plainview, Long Island; a brother Paul Mitchell of Ballston Span; four grandchildren and a great grandchild.
