Margarita Cooper Willett was the daughter of Obadiah T. Cooper (1744-1826) and Annatje Van Den Burgh (1751-1801). She was bo 28 Nov 1787, bpt 23 Dec 1787, DRC. She married Edward S. Willett, II, Esquire, who was the son of Edward S. Willett I, (1750-1810) and Sarah Fryer (1752-1831). Their two surviving children were: Edward S. Willett (1813-1878) and Ann Eliza Willett (1809-1847).
