Everett "Wayne" Glover, 62, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2012, in Granbury. Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at Granbury Baptist Church. Burial: Willow Pond Cemetery in Mineral Wells. Memorials: Mana at Granbury Baptist Church or Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.

Wayne was born Dec. 25, 1949, in Breckenridge, to George Everett Glover and Dorothy Witherspoon Glover. He married Cheryl McDonald, Feb. 28, 1981, in Mineral Wells. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was an active member of Granbury Baptist Church where he taught Sunday school and sang with the Praise Team. Wayne was preceded in death by his father, the Rev. George Everett Glover, in 2006; father-in-law, John T. McDonald, in 2000; and brother-in-law, David Best, in 2012.

Survivors: Wife, Cheryl Glover of Granbury; son, Matthew Wayne Glover and wife, Jennifer, of Cleburne; daughter, Jaime Aparicio and husband, Daniel, of Granbury; grandchildren, Kamden, Madison, Kynlee and Levi; sisters, Debe Allen and husband, Jimmy, of Ropesville, Pamela Best of Mineral Wells; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Winfred and Ellen Adkins of Mineral Wells; brother-in-law, Mark McDonald of Mineral Wells; and numerous additional family and friends.
